The Mid Florida Havanese Club will have a general meeting & Halloween Costume Contest on Sunday, October 24, 201o. The festivities will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Connie Field’s home, 12402 Pony Court, Tampa, Fl 33626.Food, fun, and prizes provided. Costumes for humans, optional. Costumes for Havanese, mandatory!
There will be a standard study group beginning at 11:00 am. All participants are subject to hard labor:))

id Florida Havanese Club will support the Havanese Entry at the Toy Dog Club of Central Florida, August 14 & 15, 2010.
MFHC will hold a Board and General meeting, Sunday, August 15, 2010, following Havanese judging, ring 2, 1:00 pm.
The show is held at the Orlando Airport Marriot, 7499 Augusta National Dr., Orlando,Fl 32822.

1. Kisses should always be wet and sloppy.
2. Husbands should limit vocabulary to “Woof!”
3. Being ignored is not an option. Scream, whine, bark and paw until your husband pays attention.
4. Obedience is a good thing.
5. Good grooming is an asset.
6. If you stare at your husband long enough, eventually you’ll get your way.
7. With unconditional love, you can hope for at least a 10- to 15-year life expectancy.

At the National Agility Competition held in Kissimmee, Florida, Brenda Rondinone’s tenacious Ty, earned the highest scoring dog in the 8″ standard class.
Ty’s son, unconquerable Cody, loved by Nina Boston, earned the highest scoring dog in the 12″ standard class. Congrats to all!
